How do you reconcile creativity with structure and processes, especially as you grow? This free session will look at how you can keep your business healthy and how to get teams working harmoniously. You will go away thinking about how to implement practices and procedures that can help you to maintain good business service whilst enabling creativity.

 

Speaker: Steve Taylor, Creative Business Mentor, NESTA

 

Steve Taylor is a media innovator with extensive experience in both global groups and early-stage companies. He holds a number of leadership roles with fast-growing businesses in communications, advertising, content creation, broadcasting and associated technologies. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of The Neighbourhood, helping to Steer an award winning agency through a critical period of growth. He is a Creative Business Mentor for NESTA and previously held posts including Director of Development and Innovation for Aegis Media UK and Ireland and Senior Strategist for Wolff Olins.

 

London Media Skills Week is a one-off chance to access free training sessions and networking events at Skillset Media Academies across the city between 21-25 November 2011.
